A low-impact Pilates sculpt class brings Swim Week energy to an oceanfront setting at 1 Hotel South Beach. Allegra Paris x Anatomy: Swim Week Sculpt takes place Sunday, May 31 on the Ocean Terrace in Miami Beach. The 45-minute session is led by Allegra Paris and focuses on controlled movement, resistance band work, glute strength and core engagement.
The class is designed as a steady full-body workout that builds heat without heavy impact. Mats and bands will be provided, so participants only need to arrive ready to move.
After the class, guests can shop sustainable swimwear from Miami-based Brazilian brand Acqua de Luxe and access wellness offerings from VitaSquad, including IV drips and B-12 shots.
