An Evening with Dassai: 3rd Anniversary of Dassai Blue

Premium sake from Japan and New York is paired with Hakkasan Miami’s Cantonese cuisine during a one-night tasting at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The event takes place Tuesday, September 15, marking the third anniversary of Dassai Blue’s New York brewery. Guests may sample an extensive selection from Dassai Japan and Dassai Blue while exploring the brand’s approach to sake production across two continents.

Kazuhiro Sakurai, fourth-generation CEO of Dassai Brewery, will discuss the craftsmanship and innovation behind the sake producer. Featured pours include Dassai Beyond, Dassai 23, Dassai Blue Type 23, Dassai Blue Nigori and Dassai Blue Yuzu.

The culinary program includes passed canapés, dim sum, Peking duck, grilled branzino marinated with sake lees, fried rice, noodles and Dassai-inspired desserts. Unlimited sake tastings are included. Menu items and sake selections are subject to availability, and all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
