An Italian Wine & Gastronomy Soirée

Ten Italian wines, chef-prepared dishes and live saxophone music come together for an evening devoted to regional Italian food and wine at Fontana at The Biltmore Hotel Miami in Coral Gables. Held Wednesday, October 28, the reception-style event guides guests through selections from across Italy, spanning sparkling wines, whites, rosés and reds.

Executive Chef Steven Hall pairs the wine tasting with a menu of Italian dishes including salumi and cheeses, freshly prepared pastas, seafood, hot bites and desserts. Highlights range from lobster arancini and lamb with salsa verde to cacio e pepe, tagliatelle Bolognese, octopus carpaccio, tiramisu and cannoli.

Designed as a mix-and-mingle experience, the evening also features live saxophone music in Fontana’s Italian-inspired courtyard setting. Admission is $135, including tax and gratuity.
