Engaging choreography, local talent and nonstop music take center stage at this back-to-school dance showdown at the Kaseya Center.
Back to School Line Dance Competition, happening Sunday, August 10 at 4:00 p.m., brings together seasoned competitors and social dancers for an afternoon of movement and music powered by DJ IllManik. The event features a judged line dance competition with prelim rounds set to “Spicy Margarita” and “I Got 21 Reasons,” and a finals round set to “Shake Señora (B.O.B).” Winners will take home custom SoFlo awards.
Registration opens June 27 with a $10 entry fee. Spectators are welcome, and all are encouraged to hit the floor for open dancing between competition rounds.
