BEAMS Expo: Art for Others

An intergenerational exhibition highlights the lasting role of creativity in shaping lives, careers and community across decades of artistic practice. Bringing together alumni from multiple eras, the show reflects a wide range of media, perspectives and approaches tied to a shared educational lineage.

Presented as part of BEAMS Month and the Belen Alumni Association’s annual exhibition program, the showcase features work by 20 alumni artists representing graduating classes from 1936 through 2021. The exhibition emphasizes continuity and exchange, tracing how artistic expression evolves while remaining connected through mentorship, memory and shared experience.

BEAMS Expo: Art for Others opens with a public reception on Friday, January 9 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Olga M. & Carlos A. Saladrigas Art Gallery at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School.
