Before I Do: Closing Night Film & Party

A wedding weekend unravels into romantic complications and second chances in Gary Jaffe’s comedy Before I Do, screening as the Closing Night selection of the 2026 OUTshine Film Festival. Presented Sunday, October 25 at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex, the film follows John Michael, days away from marrying his partner, as the arrival of his best man and former flame Alex stirs up unresolved feelings and throws the celebration off course.

Set around a secluded lakeside bachelor weekend, the 85-minute film follows the wedding party through shifting attractions, old relationships and friends determined to intervene. Director Gary Jaffe and actors Cole Doman and Michael Hsu Rosen are scheduled to attend the screening.

The evening concludes with OUTshine’s Closing Night party at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex, featuring music by DJ Zehno, an open bar and light bites.
