Black AF Community Talk & Game Night

An evening of conversation and games brings together young adults to reflect on Black history, culture and community in a relaxed, social setting.

Black AF Community Talk & Game Night takes place at Roots Bookstore and Market as part of a Black History Month program presented by The Gathering Social in collaboration with the NAACP Young Adult Committee. The event centers on facilitated conversations alongside interactive games, creating space for dialogue, connection and shared experiences.

Discussion topics include Black Miami history and culture as well as Black economic power, with an emphasis on systems, sustainability and collective growth. The program moves from an informal meet-and-greet into guided conversations before transitioning into a game night designed to keep the atmosphere social and engaging.

The event is held Friday, February 6.
