Classic Miami glamour meets the spirit of Cuban cantinero culture during a one-night cocktail takeover at the Fontainebleau.

Café La Trova at Bleau Bar, taking place Thursday, November 20, brings the celebrated Little Havana bar to one of Miami Beach’s most storied lounges. Café La Trova’s team of cantineros, led by Maestro Cantinero Julio Cabrera, will mix a special Truman Vodka-based cocktail menu, showcasing the handcrafted style and hospitality that define their approach. Live Trova musicians add to the atmosphere, offering an authentic glimpse into Cuban musical tradition.

Set within Bleau Bar, long known as a gathering place for entertainers and locals since the 1950s, the evening pairs the venue’s classic setting with Café La Trova’s retro-Cuba flair. With culinary influence from James Beard Award–winning chef Michelle Bernstein woven into the bar’s identity, the takeover highlights a blend of technique, culture and old-Miami ambiance. Guests can expect an immersive night of cocktails and music shaped by two of the city’s most iconic institutions.
