Caleb Around Town: Rhythm Reborn

Live soul, R&B, jazz and neo-soul come together at Miami Theater Center with performances by Big Brooklyn Red and Miami collective Burgundee. The Friday, September 11 concert is part of the Joseph Caleb Auditorium’s Caleb Around Town series, which presents off-site programming while the auditorium undergoes renovations.
Burgundee opens the evening with a genre-blending sound that draws from R&B, jazz and neo-soul. Headliner Big Brooklyn Red brings a career spanning soul, house and neo-classic influences, with past appearances including a 2003 Showtime at the Apollo championship and a stint with the Miami Heat house band during the 2001-2002 season.
