Bavarian-inspired dishes and seasonal German beers take over Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink for a limited-run Oktoberfest menu in the Miami Design District. Available September 28 through October 18, the seasonal offering is served during lunch Monday through Saturday and at dinner daily.
Chef Michael Schwartz and Executive Chef Randy Zuniga reinterpret familiar Oktoberfest fare through the restaurant’s contemporary American approach. Menu highlights include wood-baked spätzle, slow-roasted pork knuckle and pretzel tart, accompanied by a rotating selection of Märzen lagers and other seasonal beers from Germany.
The promotion marks the restaurant’s first Oktoberfest-themed menu and is available for a limited time alongside Michael’s Genuine’s regular offerings.
