House, acid techno and hazy electronic textures shape a late-night set by Canadian producer Cult Member at ZeyZey in Little Haiti. Liam Hayden brings the project to the venue’s Tima Disco on Friday, September 4, drawing from a catalog that developed a substantial online following during an extended period when he largely disappeared from public view.

Hayden first emerged from the SoundCloud underground recording as Ghoste before shifting toward house and techno as Cult Member. His 2019 album Ethernet became the project’s defining release, combining lo-fi house, acid and atmospheric electronic production, while “U Weren’t Here I Really Miss You” later reached a much wider audience online. After years of limited activity, Cult Member returned with the album New Life in 2025 and followed it with Low Life in 2026.
