Chef’s Table at The Hub: Ben and Zikki Siman-Tov takes place Wednesday, September 17 at The Hub at Temple Beth Am in Pinecrest, presented in partnership with Books & Books. Known for their popular NYC bureka shop BUBA and lively online following, the Siman-Tovs bring a fresh, shareable approach to hosting with Eat Small Plates, a collection of Israeli- and Ukrainian-inspired recipes designed for gatherings. From charred vegetables and crunchy salads to sweet knafeh and rogalach, their dishes reflect a love of travel, family and friendship, served one small plate at a time.
