Christmas at MIMI Chinese

A festive holiday tasting menu takes shape at MIMI Chinese as the restaurant offers a special four-course dinner built around classic Chinese flavors and seasonal inspirations. Beginning at 5 p.m., guests can sit down to a progression of dishes designed for sharing, from crisp vegetable egg rolls and crab rangoon to stuffed chicken wings filled with sticky rice and mushrooms.

The menu continues with char siu pork back ribs glazed in wildflower honey, a smacked cucumber salad with wood ear mushrooms and Shanxi vinegar, and Cantonese chow mein with shrimp, chicken and lightly crisped bean sprouts. Mains include ginger-scallion sea bass with black bean and cilantro, chicken fried rice made with premium light soy, and beef and broccoli in a savory oyster sauce. A chocolate steamed cake with egg custard and sweet rice cream closes out the evening.
