A seasonal tasting menu sets the stage for a Christmas Eve dinner at Mayfair Grill, where wood-fired cooking and Southwestern-inspired flavors shape a celebratory evening.
The restaurant will offer a three-course Christmas Eve tasting menu on Wednesday, December 24, priced at $55 per person, with an optional $25 wine pairing. Guests may choose from a range of starters including hearts of palm ceviche, “crying tiger” shrimp, or wood-grilled bacon, followed by entrées such as snapper, wood-grilled short ribs, lobster ravioli or pasture-raised chicken. Dessert selections include whipped dark chocolate, a key lime sundae or galletas served with espresso. Two limited-edition holiday cocktails will also be available.
Located inside Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in Coconut Grove, Mayfair Grill is led by chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, whose approach centers on open-flame cooking and seasonal ingredients. The setting combines an intimate dining room with lush garden surroundings, offering a refined yet relaxed atmosphere for the holiday.
Wine pairings feature selections such as Jolivet Sauvignon Blanc, Calera Chardonnay, Routestock Cabernet, Ferrari Brut and Pedro Ximénez, complementing a menu designed to highlight fire-driven technique and bold, balanced flavors.
