Cinco de Mayo on Flagler Street

Downtown Miami’s revitalized Flagler Street transforms into an open-air celebration filled with music, food and local flavor. With pedestrian-friendly design and block-wide seating, this evening event invites visitors to enjoy a casual, street-level experience that highlights the area’s growing culinary and nightlife scene.

Cinco de Mayo on Flagler Street takes place Monday, May 5 in the heart of the Flagler District, centered around the Historic Alfred I. duPont Building. Participating restaurants and bars along the corridor will offer themed specials, including $6 margaritas and beers at El Primo Red Tacos (179 E. Flagler Street), happy hour deals and late-night drinks at Lost Boy Dry Goods (157 E. Flagler Street), and Tex-Mex offerings at Over Under (151 E. Flagler Street).

Presented by the Flagler District BID, the event is free and designed to encourage walkability and community connection along the newly renovated, curbless stretch of Flagler Street. With music, seating and easy access to local businesses, it offers a relaxed and festive way to mark the holiday in one of Miami’s most historic downtown corridors.
