Clean Miami Beach: Bikini Beach Cleanup
May 23, 2025
From: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Join a meaningful outdoor gathering that brings the community together in support of ocean conservation and sustainable living.
On Friday, May 23, Clean Miami Beach hosts a Bikini Beach Cleanup at 2111 Miami Beach Drive. Volunteers of all ages are invited to help remove litter from the shoreline and dunes while raising awareness about protecting marine ecosystems and promoting eco-conscious habits.
Cleanup supplies, including gloves, buckets and pickers, will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles (a refill station will be available), wear reef-safe sunscreen and a hat, and opt for closed-toe shoes to ensure safety while walking on the dunes. The group will meet oceanfront near the lifeguard tower—look for the turtle flag as a landmark. Community service hours are available for those who arrive on time.
This initiative is supported by Miami Swim Week The Shows, EFC Wealth, Volo Foundation, Syrena, Delta Air Lines and the City of Miami Beach.
