Community Clothing Swap & Yard Sale at Paddletopia

Surfside’s Paddletopia weekend will feature a community clothing swap and yard sale, offering a way for neighbors to connect, recycle and support a local cause.

The Community Clothing Swap & Yard Sale will take place on Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4, starting at 10:00 a.m. at 96th Street Park in Surfside. Presented by the Community Relations Board (CRB), the event encourages attendees to exchange gently used items and promote sustainable practices.

Participants interested in selling items at the Yard Sale can register for a $10 fee, with a six-foot table provided; space is limited and early registration is recommended. The Clothing Swap does not require registration — guests are invited to bring clean, gently used clothing to the designated tent area for open exchange.

All proceeds and any leftover items will benefit Lotus House Women’s Shelters, supporting women and families in the community.
