Dance & Romance

An open-air evening of movement, poetry and community marks a milestone moment at Normandy Fountain on Miami Beach as Dance NOW! presents Dance & Romance, part of the Miami Beach Culture Crawl.

Presented in celebration of Normandy Fountain’s 100-year anniversary, the program features romantic dance works and company favorites performed in the historic plaza setting. The evening also includes a poetry performance by O, Miami, adding a literary layer to the experience alongside live dance.

Taking place Thursday, February 19, the free event brings together local vendors, on-site food from neighborhood restaurants and a community tree giveaway, creating a relaxed, festive atmosphere that blends culture, place and celebration.

Dance & Romance is free and open to the public, offering a chance to experience contemporary dance and spoken word in one of Miami Beach’s most iconic public spaces.
