DEGS, Craze & Shinobi b2b Stereotype

Drum & bass, turntablism and bass-driven club sounds converge at ZeyZey Miami with sets from DEGS, Craze and a back-to-back pairing of Shinobi and Stereotype. Presented by Omni Soundspace on Thursday, October 8, the Tima Disco program brings together vocal-driven drum & bass and technically focused DJ performance.

UK artist DEGS blends melodic singing and MC delivery with drum & bass, drawing on a background that also spans R&B, hip-hop, downtempo and Afrobeats. His work with Hospital Records helped establish a style that moves fluidly between soulful vocals and rapid-fire rhymes.

Craze brings a different lineage to the night as a three-time DMC World Champion known for precision turntablism and genre-crossing club sets. A co-founder of Slow Roast Records and member of the duo 2¢ with Four Color Zack, the Miami-raised DJ has spent decades bridging competitive DJ technique with contemporary electronic music. Shinobi and Stereotype round out the lineup with a back-to-back set.
