Downtown Miami Historic District Architectural Walking Tour

Downtown Miami’s architectural evolution comes into focus on a guided walking tour through the city’s historic central business district. Presented Saturday, October 17 by the Miami Center for Architecture & Design, the tour begins at Julia & Henry’s and explores nearly a century of architectural styles through some of downtown’s most significant buildings.

Led by a local architect or architecture enthusiast, the walk also considers the business leaders, developers and other figures who helped shape the district over time. The tour is designed for visitors interested in Miami history, architecture and urban development and takes place rain or shine.
