Easter Lunch at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon
Apr 05, 2026
Starting: Noon
A seasonal tasting menu built around refined French technique offers an intimate way to mark Easter at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in the Miami Design District. Taking place Sunday, April 5, the midday experience features a four-course prix fixe lunch curated by Executive Chef James Friedberg, with an optional wine pairing available.
The menu highlights spring ingredients across a progression of dishes, beginning with selections such as foie gras royale and house-cured salmon gravlax with sturgeon caviar. Additional courses include white asparagus with poached egg and ramps, followed by a choice of lamb saddle with spring onion or an optional upgrade to Japanese A5 wagyu beef. Dessert concludes the meal with a composed carrot cake featuring cream cheese and goat cheese mousse and pecan cocoa crumble.
As Miami’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon reflects the late chef’s signature approach of elevating French cuisine through precision and technique. The counter-style dining room offers direct views into the open kitchen, allowing guests to observe the culinary process within a setting inspired by the original Paris concept.
