Taking place Sunday, April 5, the Easter gathering features a prix fixe menu designed around fresh produce and balanced, modern flavors. The experience unfolds in the restaurant’s light-filled dining room and garden-inspired outdoor space.
The menu begins with white asparagus paired with elderflower hollandaise and seasonal citrus, followed by a braised beef short rib served with herb coulis and char-grilled spring onions. Dessert features a “White Picket Fence” composition of lemongrass, white chocolate, mango-passion fruit curd and exotic sorbet. An optional wine pairing is available to accompany the courses.
Le Jardinier holds one Michelin star and is part of The Bastion Collection, with culinary direction rooted in the work of Chef Alain Verzeroli, who trained under Joël Robuchon. The restaurant’s approach emphasizes seasonality and vegetable-forward dishes, blending French culinary foundations with a contemporary, Miami-influenced setting.
