Easter Sunday Dinner at Le Jardinier
Apr 05, 2026
Starting: 5:00 PM
A four-course spring menu rooted in French technique shapes an Easter evening dining experience at Le Jardinier in the Miami Design District. Held Sunday, April 5, the dinner service presents a prix fixe menu that highlights seasonal ingredients through a progression of carefully composed dishes. The setting combines a modern dining room with a lush, garden-inspired outdoor terrace.
The menu includes white asparagus with elderflower hollandaise and seasonal citrus, followed by a bomba rice risotto with braised bacon, peppers, roasted carrot and fennel. A braised beef short rib with herb coulis and char-grilled spring onions serves as the main course, with dessert featuring a “White Picket Fence” of lemongrass, white chocolate, mango-passion fruit curd and exotic sorbet. An optional wine pairing is available to accompany the meal.
Le Jardinier holds one Michelin star and is part of The Bastion Collection, with culinary direction influenced by Chef Alain Verzeroli, a protégé of Joël Robuchon. The restaurant’s approach emphasizes seasonality and vegetable-forward cuisine, presented in a refined yet contemporary Miami setting.
