The meal begins with family-style starters and a raw bar selection, including fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail, truffle salmon nigiri and marinated mussels, alongside options such as caprese flatbread, quesabirria and a hummus trio with seasonal vegetables. Guests then choose from a range of entrées, including hot honey fried chicken and waffles, lobster Benedict, seared salmon, Chilean sea bass and surf and turf, with optional add-ons such as truffle or lobster tail. The experience concludes with a shared dessert spread featuring items like carrot cake, limoncello tiramisu, strawberry shortbread and coconut macarons. Bottomless mimosas are available as an optional addition.
