EEEEEATSCON Miami

A two-day culinary festival returns to downtown Miami with a format designed for people who actually want to eat, not just sample.

The third edition of EEEEEEATSCON Miami takes over Bayfront Park on February 7–8, running daily from noon to 5 p.m. The festival brings together more than 20 restaurants from Miami and beyond, pairing full-portion dishes with the energy of a music festival and the editorial perspective of food media.

This year’s lineup includes a mix of local standouts and national favorites, alongside one of EEEEEATSCON’s defining features: collaborative menus created exclusively for the event. Participating pairings include Cowy Burger x The Salty, Edan Bistro x COTOA and Walrus Rodeo x Apocalypse BBQ, with additional collaborations and restaurants to be announced. The festival emphasizes variety and accessibility, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available throughout.

Beyond the food, EEEEEATSCON blends dining with culture through live performances, conversations with restaurant critics and space to hang out between bites. The music lineup will be announced closer to the event. Kids under six and service dogs are admitted free, making the festival welcoming for families as well as serious eaters.

Held along Biscayne Bay, the weekend offers a chance to explore ambitious menus, rare collaborations and restaurants you might otherwise need a plane ticket to visit—all in one place.
