Exquisite Night

A masked New Year’s Eve masquerade unfolds by the ocean, blending late-night dining, music and spectacle into a single, immersive celebration. Designed as an all-evening experience, the event moves from an elevated dinner service into dancing, countdown rituals and a fireworks finale as 2026 arrives.

Dinner packages include a three-course menu that balances indulgence and refinement. Starters feature options such as crispy pork belly with parmesan polenta and honey chipotle glaze, ceviche al fuego with grilled octopus, shrimp and seared tuna, or a peach and arugula salad accented with goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette. Entrées highlight hoisin-glazed tiger prawns with lemon potatoes and broccolini, duck confit with luxardo cherry and port sauce, or braised short rib served with whipped honey ricotta and bordelaise. The meal concludes with a dulce de leche entremet layered with coconut and almond cookie, milk chocolate glaze and coconut flakes .

Throughout the night, curated Nikki Beach sounds set the rhythm for dancing, while a masquerade-themed photo booth and champagne toast at midnight anchor the celebration. Fireworks over the water mark the transition into the new year.

Exquisite Night takes place Wednesday, December 31 at Nikki Beach on Miami Beach. Dinner packages and VIP tables are available, with general admission offered separately. This is a ticketed 21+ event, and a physical ID is required at entry.
