Visionary chef Grant Achatz brings his acclaimed Alinea experience back to Miami Beach for a limited engagement celebrating innovative gastronomy. Faena Welcomes Back Alinea runs from April 30 to May 25 at Pao by Paul Qui at Faena Miami Beach, marking a significant reunion since their memorable 2016 residency.
As part of their 20th Anniversary Tour, the celebrated Chef Grant Achatz and his team will create a distinctive dining experience that merges Alinea's avant-garde culinary techniques with Miami's vibrant flavor profiles. The collaboration will showcase dishes developed in partnership with local purveyors and artisans, reflecting both Alinea's innovative approach and Pao's creative culinary vision.
This limited engagement also serves as a professional development opportunity for Alinea's rising culinary talents, allowing them to explore new cultural influences and perspectives in a setting where food and storytelling intersect.
The exclusive dining experience is available Wednesday through Sunday with two seating options at 6:00-7:00 p.m. and 8:45-10:00 p.m. Reservations are limited and priced between $475-$545 per person, with optional wine pairings available.
