Family Reunion Picnic: A Taste of Soul takes place Friday, February 27 at the Shark Patio on Miami Dade College’s Medical Campus. Presented as part of the College’s Black History Month programming marking 100 years of the national observance, the event offers a midday space for connection, reflection and shared cultural experience.
Attendees can enjoy complimentary soul food, music and interactive games in a relaxed, community-centered setting. A gift card giveaway adds to the festive atmosphere, creating an opportunity for students, faculty and staff to gather and celebrate the enduring influence of Black culture through food, fellowship and sound.
