Fashion, Wine and Food Showcase

Fashion, culinary arts and hospitality come together in an evening that highlights student creativity and industry collaboration at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens. The Fashion, Food and Wine Showcase takes place Thursday, March 26 at the Gus Machado College of Business.

Now in its fifth year, the annual event serves as a signature experiential learning initiative at the university, a Hispanic-Serving and Minority-Serving Institution focused on preparing students for careers in fashion, business and hospitality. The 2026 theme, Genesis: Every Creation Has a Beginning, explores the origins of creative ideas, career paths and collaborations through a program designed and produced with significant student involvement.

The evening features a runway presentation of original designs, a culinary “Food Village” highlighting local chefs and beverage experiences, interactive brand activations and networking opportunities with professionals from the fashion, food and business communities. Proceeds support student experiential learning programs, including study abroad opportunities, professional conferences and industry-focused educational initiatives.
