Seasonal menus shaped by wood-fire cooking and globally inspired flavors bring a pair of holiday dining experiences to Miami Beach.
Festive at Faena features Christmas specials at two of the hotel’s signature restaurants. At Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann, the menu centers on dishes prepared over an open flame, including bluefin tuna crudo with osetra caviar, branzino a la brasa finished with brown butter and lemon, and a wood-fired Wagyu hanger steak with green peppercorn sauce. A hazelnut cream Yule log with pear chantilly and Azelia praline concludes the meal.
At Pao by Paul Qui, the evening highlights modern, globally influenced plates such as Hokkaido scallops with black truffle, sake-aged Wagyu prime rib with wild mushrooms and Japanese sweet potato, and a seasonal Yule log accented with spiced mango chutney and milk-chocolate bark.
Holiday dining begins at 6:30 p.m. on December 24, with additional service on December 25.
