Celebrate Chilean independence with an evening of music, comedy and traditional cuisine at this annual cultural gathering.

Fiestas Patrias Chile returns Saturday, September 13  at the Miami Marriott Dadeland. Presented by the Chile-US Chamber of Commerce, this annual celebration brings the flavors and rhythms of Chile to South Florida with live entertainment, festive dancing and a multi-course dinner rooted in Chilean culinary tradition.

The program features a comedic performance by internationally known entertainer Álvaro Salas and hosting by longtime television personality Jorge Hevia. Guests will enjoy a menu that includes seafood-stuffed avocado, short ribs with pastel de choclo and a lucuma pancake dessert with dulce de leche and walnuts, all paired with premium Chilean wine. The night also includes cueca dancing and live music, offering a spirited tribute to Chile’s cultural heritage in a lively, community-focused atmosphere.
