Flash Class: Italian Cheeses 101 takes place Monday, October 27 at Eataly Aventura, offering a guided tasting and live demonstration in celebration of Parmigiano Reggiano® Day. Led by one of Eataly’s expert cheesemongers, this bite-sized session introduces participants to classic Italian cheeses and the art of cracking open a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel. Guests will sample a curated selection with light refreshments and take home a tasting menu along with a 10% discount to shop the Eataly marketplace.
