Flash Class: Pane Eataly

A one-hour demonstration class offers a focused introduction to traditional Italian breadmaking at Eataly Aventura.

Flash Class: Pane Eataly takes place Monday, March 2 at Eataly Aventura. Part of the store’s Flash Class series, this session centers on Pane Eataly, a house bread made with Italian flour and a sourdough starter cultivated for more than 35 years.

Participants will learn about the cultural traditions behind Italian bread while observing an Eataly expert prepare the dough. The class includes hands-on elements, with guests mixing their own dough to take home and shaping a loaf from premade dough during the session. Samples of Pane Eataly will be provided, along with a printed recipe and a marketplace coupon.
