Gifford Lane Art Stroll

An annual neighborhood art walk transforms a residential block in Coconut Grove into an open-air gallery for an afternoon of art, music and local food. The Gifford Lane Art Stroll returns Sunday, March 1 along the 3200 block of Gifford Lane in Coconut Grove.

Now in its 27th year, the free event features work by more than 60 artists, including many based in Coconut Grove. Paintings, mixed-media pieces and other original works are displayed throughout the tree-lined lane on fences, easels, clotheslines, ladders and other creative surfaces.

Live music and food vendors add to the festive atmosphere, and the event’s signature Cucumber Punch will be available for purchase. A portion of proceeds, including a percentage of art sales, benefits the Coconut Grove Crisis Food Bank and St. Alban’s Child Enrichment Center in Village West.

Bike Coconut Grove will offer a free monitored bike valet near the tennis courts at Gifford and Oak Avenue.
