Chicago house and techno pioneer Green Velvet will headline a late-night session at Club Space Miami, joined by British grime artist Skepta and Detroit techno figure Stacey Pullen. The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, starting at 11:00 p.m., and will extend into Sunday afternoon on The Terrace.
Green Velvet, also known as Curtis Alan Jones, is recognized for his influential tracks like Flash and Answering Machine, and for founding Relief Records, a key label in the Chicago house scene. Skepta, born Joseph Junior Adenuga, began his career as a DJ with the grime collective Meridian Crew before gaining prominence as a rapper and producer. Stacey Pullen, a protégé of Detroit techno pioneers Derrick May, Juan Atkins and Kevin Saunderson, is known for his atmospheric sound and contributions to the second wave of Detroit techno.
The lineup also features DJs Thunderpony, Ms. Mada and Danyelino. This is a 21+ event presented by Link Miami Rebels.
