An immersive sound meditation unfolds beneath the trees at Estrella Estate in Homestead.
Hammock Sound Bath in the Forest takes place Saturday, February 28, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the session beginning at 6:45 p.m. Guests are invited to settle into a hammock or bring a yoga mat and rest on the forest floor while listening to the resonant tones of singing bowls and other sound instruments. The experience concludes at 7:55 p.m.
Hosted by Tree Om Sound Bath, the session is designed as a guided meditative experience, encouraging relaxation and sensory awareness in a natural outdoor setting.
After purchasing a ticket, attendees will receive a confirmation email that includes a required waiver form. All participants must complete and submit the waiver prior to arrival.
