A hands-on pastry class explores a strawberry-infused take on tiramisù, pairing Italian tradition with a Valentine’s-themed twist.
Hands-On: Tiramisù alla Fragole (Valentine’s Edition) at Eataly Aventura invites participants to work alongside an Eataly pastry expert to assemble a seasonal variation of the classic Italian dessert. The experience begins with a guided demonstration and tasting before guests prepare their own tiramisù from scratch using prepared ingredients, layering ladyfingers and mascarpone cream into a finished dish to take home.
The class also offers insight into the cultural history of tiramisù, along with a tasting of the expert-prepared version. An antipasto is included, paired with Italian sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic beverage. Each participant receives the recipe to recreate the dessert at home.
This class is offered on Saturday, February 14 and Sunday, February 22 at Eataly Aventura. Seating is first come, first served. The experience is open to guests ages 12 and older, with alcohol service available to those 21 and over.
