Travel through time and across continents this holiday season as the Deering Estate presents Historic Holidays: Golden Age of Travel.
From November 28 through January 6, the Richmond Cottage and surrounding grounds will be adorned with festive decorations inspired by the elegance and adventure of early 20th-century travel. Each room will reflect destinations visited by Charles Deering and the modes of transportation that defined the era, offering a nostalgic look at global exploration during the holidays.
Historic Holidays: Golden Age of Travel is on view daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (gates close at 4 p.m.) and is included with general admission. The Deering Estate is closed on Christmas Day.
