House of Horror Haunted Carnival

Haunted houses, carnival rides and scare zones return for a new season at a new Miami location. House of Horror Haunted Carnival opens Thursday, Sept. 24, at Tropical Park.

 

The 2026 edition features five haunted houses: Howie's Blind Terror: The Dark Coaster, a haunted dark roller coaster; Hide and Seek: The Warden's Game, an interactive, choose-your-own-path attraction set in an abandoned junkyard; Camp Dead-End Trails, set at a snowed-in mountain camp breached by escaped convicts; The Abduction, a 360-degree experience housed in the Space Dome centered on a military bunker overtaken by extraterrestrials; and Isla de las Muñecas, inspired by the cursed Island of the Dolls.

 

Also new for 2026, House of Little Horrors is a family-friendly, low-scare area with kid rides, a low-scare maze and photo ops, included with admission.

 

Admission includes unlimited haunted house visits, unlimited carnival rides and free parking. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Hours are 6 to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and 6 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. The carnival will be closed September 28 and October 5.
