House of Horror Haunted Carnival

South Florida’s largest Halloween carnival returns with new haunted houses, scare zones and unlimited rides inside the abandoned Sears at Miami International Mall. The 2025 edition of House of Horror Haunted Carnival spans more than 500,000 square feet, including five brand-new attractions. This year’s new haunted houses include Blood Moon Bayou, where spirits rise under a cursed swamp moon, Howie’s 3D Playground, a distorted clown funhouse, and Base 13: Undead Frontier, a post-apocalyptic Wild West maze. Visitors will also encounter twisted scarecrows in Fear in the Deadlands and roaming clowns in the Midway Mayhem scare zone.
Guests can also explore the haunted midway, ride the “Scarecoaster,” and enjoy unlimited carnival games and attractions, all included with admission. Food and drink vendors, including Cervecería La Tropical as official beer partner, add to the festival atmosphere. Special themed nights include:
- Furries Night (Sept. 30): Pet-friendly evening with a costume contest and giveaways for furry companions
- Retro Night (Oct. 7): Throwback music, vintage drink pricing, and arcade-inspired contests
- College Night (Oct. 9): School spirit celebration with prizes and drink specials
- Star Wars Night (Oct. 14): Fans in costume enjoy contests, giveaways, and themed cocktails
- Heroes Night (Oct. 20): Complimentary admission for first responders and military with valid ID
- Halloween Night (Oct. 31): Family parade, trick-or-treating, and extended hours until midnight
- Día de los Muertos Finale (Nov. 1–2): Two-day celebration with themed photo ops, face painting, and giveaways
One ticket covers unlimited haunted house entries, unlimited rides, and free parking.
The Horrorland: House of Horror Haunted Carnival takes place Thursday, September 25 through Sunday, November 2 at Miami International Mall.
