HOWL-O-WEEN @ The Cleat

Costumed dogs take over The Cleat for a waterfront Halloween gathering and pup costume contest at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. The second annual Howl-O-Ween takes place Saturday, October 31 in Key Biscayne, with the contest beginning later in the evening as the sun sets over the water.

Dogs can compete for prizes in categories including Cutest Monster, Spookiest Duo for pet-and-owner costumes and Best in Show. The event also includes spooky characters, dog-friendly treats, tapas, bites and specialty drinks available for purchase.

Advance registration is $25 per dog, or $30 at the door, plus ticketing fees. Only dogs need to be registered. Park admission is not included, and dogs must remain on leashes no longer than six feet.
