Meditation, art, and movement come together in a multi-sensory workshop at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden designed to spark release and renewal.
On Sunday, October 12, HypnoExpression: Meditate, Create, Elevate – Release the Power Within guides participants through an immersive sequence curated by Joanne Burgess, founder of Flight of Minds. The afternoon combines hypnotherapy meditation with art therapy, expressive dance and a closing garden walk, offering space to let go of limiting beliefs, reclaim inner strength and embody creative energy.
Open to ages 10 and up, the experience uses silent disco headphones for a fully guided journey. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water and comfortable clothing.
