III Points Basel: Michael Bibi’s One Life

Michael Bibi brings his open-air One Life concept to the racetrack at Hialeah Park Casino, pairing his house-driven sound with a project shaped by his return to performing after cancer treatment. The event takes place Saturday, December 5 as part of the annual III Points Basel programming during Miami Art Week. The London DJ and producer is also the founder of Solid Grooves, the label and party series that has become a fixture of the international house and tech-house circuit.

One Life grew out of Bibi’s recovery from central nervous system lymphoma, which forced him to step away from touring in 2023. After announcing that he was in remission that December, he returned to the festival stage at Coachella in 2024 and launched One Life with a 45,000-person homecoming event at London’s Finsbury Park. Conceived as a celebration of life, music and community, the series has also supported cancer charities, with its first London edition raising more than £120,000 for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

The Miami edition brings the concept to an outdoor setting at Hialeah Park, continuing Bibi’s international run of One Life events. General admission is for ages 18 and older, while VIP admission is restricted to ages 21 and older.
