III Points Satellite: Black Brigade, Greybody & More

Miami’s underground rock and experimental music scenes converge at Las Rosas for a free late-night bill featuring Black Brigade, Greybody, Egyptian Helicopter and Java Plum. Held Thursday, October 15 in Allapattah, the 21-and-over show is part of III Points’ expanded Satellite programming, which brings concerts, DJ sets and after-hours events to venues across Miami during festival week.

Black Brigade is a Miami surf-rock trio whose sound incorporates Middle Eastern melodic lines and Hendrix-influenced blues, while Greybody is a Miami-based project appearing regularly on the city’s underground live-music circuit. Egyptian Helicopter and Java Plum extend the bill into DJ territory: Egyptian Helicopter has appeared on local experimental, post-punk and electronic lineups, while Java Plum is a Miami selector frequently paired with indie, shoegaze and alternative acts at venues including Las Rosas.

The no-cover event is part of III Points Satellite, which expands the festival beyond its main Wynwood grounds through a week of programming across multiple Miami neighborhoods.
