International Wellness Day at Hanu

Spend the day immersed in yoga, wellness practices and community connection at a studio event focused on supporting physical, emotional and spiritual balance. From energizing vinyasa to restorative sound healing, this all-day gathering offers sessions suitable for all experience levels.
International Wellness Day at Hanu takes place Saturday, June 14 at Hanu Yoga Studio, formerly Green Monkey. The schedule features a full lineup of classes led by experienced instructors, including Vinyasa Flow with Laura Enrique, HOT HANU with Isabella Mesquita and a sound-supported closing session with Severine Sekula. Additional activities include guided intention setting, breakout talks, a wellness vendor marketplace and live demonstrations from spa partners.
Presented in collaboration with Modern ŌM, the event is open to both longtime practitioners and newcomers. Tickets are $35 for a full-day pass; Hanu members may attend free with check-in. Street parking is available.
