Life Force Energy Activation and Sound Bath takes place at The Standard Spa on Miami Beach, unfolding on the symbolic 2/22 portal, a moment associated with balance, union and inner harmony. The ceremony centers on allowing life force energy to move through the body, releasing stagnation, opening energetic pathways and supporting a heightened sense of clarity and grounding. A restorative sound bath flows throughout the session, helping to calm the nervous system while anchoring the energetic shift.
The number two carries themes of patience, peace and connection, and its repetition on this date is understood to amplify those qualities, encouraging a gentle awakening rather than forceful change. The experience is designed as a space to surrender, receive and listen inward, with no prior experience required.
Admission includes access to The Standard Spa’s indoor baths following the session, extending the restorative process.
