A hometown album release brings singer-songwriter Dave Daniels back to the stage with a full band performance at Sweat Records in Little Haiti.
LIVE AT SWEAT: Dave Daniels & Friends + It’s Star takes place Saturday, February 28. The evening marks one of his first local shows in some time and features live renditions of songs from his new release, The Cost of Living.
Daniels, a Miami-based artist who has toured throughout the Southeast for more than two decades, draws from American roots traditions with contemporary influences. His latest project is a concept album centered on life in Florida. For this performance, he is joined by Steven Parnelle, Alejandro Elizondo, Ana Paz and drummer Brian Lang. The band It’s Star opens the show, and select artwork will also be available during the event.
Admission is $10 at the door, and vinyl copies of The Cost of Living will be available.
