Locust Late @ The DiLL: The Art of Strategy Workshop

A strategy-focused edition of Locust Late takes over The DiLL as Locust Projects hosts an evening exploring creative systems, digital tools and the intersection of design and sound. The program pairs a hands-on business development workshop with an improvised tech-driven performance, offering artists a chance to engage both the practical and experimental sides of their practice.

The night begins with The Art of Strategy, a workshop led by interdisciplinary artist and cultural strategist Haiiileen. Drawing from her work with Rainbow Oasiiis and the Chroma Art Film Festival, she walks participants through AI-assisted project management, branding approaches, funding pathways and long-term planning rooted in sustainability. Attendees are encouraged to bring laptops and follow along as they outline business models tailored to their creative goals.

The evening continues with Paralogicus, an improvised demo-performance by architect and sound artist Marcelo Ertorteguy. Built from custom digital interfaces co-developed with ChatGPT, the piece explores the space where human intuition meets algorithmic logic through shifting visuals, layered sonic textures and acoustic instrumentation.
