Founded by Aniece Meinhold and Chef Cesar Zapata, Phuc Yea blends Vietnamese heritage with Third Coast culinary influences in a vibrant, seafood-driven Viet-Cajun concept. Shareable plates spotlight fresh, colorful Vietnamese ingredients layered with bold Cajun flavors, all set against a soundtrack of ’90s hip-hop in the heart of Miami’s MiMo District.
