Made In Miami at Phuc Yea

Miami chefs come together for a four-course collaborative dinner highlighting the city’s culinary range at Phuc Yea. The opening-night event takes place Wednesday, October 21 as part of the South Beach Seafood Festival, with chefs Cesar Zapata, Jose Mendin and Fernando Desa hosting alongside Mike Beltran, Eileen Andrade and Eduardo Lara. The evening pairs multiple courses with beverages while drawing on the flavors, influences and restaurant culture that shape Miami dining.

Participating culinary partners include Phuc Yea, Pubbelly Sushi, Finka Table & Tap, Ariete and The Wolf of Tacos, bringing together chefs whose work spans Vietnamese-Cajun, Latin, Caribbean and contemporary Miami cooking. The collaborative format centers on shared dishes and cross-kitchen creativity rather than a single restaurant menu.

Following dinner, the evening continues with additional entertainment and appearances by the participating chefs. Seating is assigned by order confirmation, with requests available for guests wishing to sit with members of another ticket order.
