Mat Pilates at Moxy

A complimentary mat Pilates session offers a weekly opportunity to build strength, flexibility and core stability in a relaxed South Beach setting.

Mat Pilates takes place every Sunday from March 15 through December 20 at Moxy Miami South Beach, presented by The Finesse Xperience. Designed for all levels, the class focuses on controlled, full-body movement that supports alignment, balance and muscular endurance, whether participants are new to Pilates or have an established practice.

Set within the hotel’s energetic atmosphere, the session provides an accessible way to stay active while traveling or enjoying the neighborhood. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and water bottle. The class is free and open to the public.
